Art Installation Services
1.Painting of design
The project will be outlined in the proposed project provided.
2. Measurement Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, if no on-site consultation not conducted.
Awol Creations reserves the right to re-issue the invoice, in event where incorrect dimensions or requirements were provided.
3. Access
The painting site must be accessible on the scheduled installation day.
Wall site must be unobstructed.
Any delays caused by restricted access may incur delays and rescheduling.
4. Installation Schedule
Installations will occur as per the agreed timeline.
If delays occur, the client will be notified.
5. Colour matching
Physical paint colours will be matched as closely to your final, selected design. Please not that physical colours do differ from the appearance of digital.
6. Work Hours
Work carried out is between 7:30-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
If you require work to be carried out outside of these hours, after hours charges will apply.
7. Weather Conditions
Your booking may be subject to re-scheduling if there is rain, due to extended drying and paint times.
In case of adverse weather, Awol Creations reserves the right to reschedule, there are no additional cost associated.
If your site is uncovered, we will re-schedule your booking in the event of rain.
8. Materials and Paint
All materials used are water-based, low-sheen exterior/interior paint (unless specified otherwise).
9. Paint Adhesion & Surface conditions
Awol Creations is not responsible for paint adhesion issues on surfaces with pre-existing coatings, dirt, or damage.
10. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total services is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due within 14 days of completing the installation.
Late payments may be subject to late payment fees.
11. Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of cancellation, payment made is non-refundable.
12. Damage and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier and its Personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of goodwill or business reputation, death or intangible loss.
13. Photographic Use
Awol Creations reserves the right to photograph and video completed installations for promotional purposes.
Clients must notify Awol Creations in writing if they do not wish to have their installation photographed.
14. Intellectual Property
Designs are strictly protected and must not be replicated or reused under any circumstances. Failure to comply may result in legal action. All designs remain the intellectual property of Awol Creations.
15. Force Majeure
Awol Creations is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of its control.
16. Confidential Information
Each party must keep secret and confidential and not disclose any Confidential Information that is disclosed to the party receiving the Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes any information of a confidential nature concerning the Supplier’s business, affairs, customers, clients, including but not limited to information relating to operations, processes, plans, product information, know-how, designs, trade secrets, software, market opportunities and customer lists.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box or booking your installation service with Awol Creations, you agree to these terms and conditions.
